Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities (Pakistan): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns. Any applicable offer will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy.

If the package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the order

the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Faizan Nabeel Fabrics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

International Shipping

Currently, Faizan Nabeel Fabrics ships only within Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
