Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Slight color variations due to screen or lighting differences.
  • Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or used.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment option used.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged or defective items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To speed up the process, kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
